Easy peasy…I have 2 bad knees. I used this Fantastic company to rent a scooter so I could get around while visiting this amazing island. I flew in from California, and they delivered the scooter to the lobby of our timeshare and was ready for me when I got there. When we left for home I just dropped the scooter off in the lobby and they pick it up from there. I recommend this company. They made this rental EASY PEASY

Looked up the company the night we got to Maui bc I only brought my walker. Booked a wheelchair that night and it was delivered the next morning to our hotel. The price was amazing for the whole week. They came to the hotel the day we left to pick up the chair. No muss no fuss! Totally recommend!

I had a perfect experience with Akamai Mobility. A fracture in my knee was poorly timed, and I considered not taking my first ever trip to Maui, but knowing that medical rentals would be at the resort upon arrival is what helped me make the decision to go. The equipment was clean and in excellent condition. Communication is top notch. They responded quickly to messages and proactively let me know when the equipment was dropped off and when it would be picked up. I am pleased with the service I received. We saw another guest on crutches at the resort and told her to consider renting a wheelchair from Akamai for more ease and options. Highly recommend!

We had such a good experience with Akamai Mothers & Mobility. We rented a folding scooter and tall beach chair for my husband for our week on Maui, and I'm so glad we did! They dropped off the items at our resort in the morning, and we simply left them at the front desk when we left, and they picked them up. Having this delivery service was so helpful so we didn't have to spend precious vacation time going to/from the business. Having the scooter really enhanced our vacation since my husband was able to handle all the distances we walked in various towns and shopping centers around the island. He was able to better enjoy his time, and wasn't so worn out from all the walking. The tall chair was much better for him on the beach than the short ones most places rent out. Thanks so much for helping us have a wonderful time on Maui! We will definitely rent from Akamai again!

From start to finish, Akamai Mothers & Mobility provided top-notch service that made our Maui vacation the most comfortable and enjoyable one yet. As a 55-year-old traveler with bad knees, having easy access and support was important, and they truly delivered. We exchanged scooters mid-vacation to a larger size and they made the exchange without charge and were happy to help. We appreciated how Akamai doesn’t just cater to tourists—they respect and support the local culture, and they encouraged us to do the same. Don’t miss the Old Lahaina Luau and be sure to shop and dine in Lahaina to help the community’s recovery after the 2023 fire. Akamai Mothers & Mobility has heart and genuine aloha. We can’t wait to book with them again.

Hello, we LOVED Maui Travel Supplies!!!!

What a wonderful thing to be able to have my husband, who is handicapped, be able to go on walks with us and to restaurants, etc.

The fact that they even have things like this available is wonderful.

They even deliver and pick up at the condo we rented.

The most wonderful experience working with Pierre. I was in Maui for a week and needed his scooter for an extended period of time. Went to his place, picked up a scooter on my credit card. He upgraded me to when they would do a little bit better for the hills over in Wailea. Just seamless great, great service he was always there when I needed him had a question even picked up the scooter at my hotel when I was done. If you need a scooter definitely give him the business.

We arrived on Maui and quickly realized we were going to need a scooter for someone in our group. I called at 10am and the scooter was delivered to our resort by 1:00pm. Super easy to "return" as all we had to do was leave it at the bell desk when we checked out. Very reasonably priced.
